Workflow Automation
Move information automatically between forms, email, spreadsheets, CRMs, accounting tools, job systems and document storage.
Connect the tools you already use. Reduce repetitive work. Keep people in control.
Adam's Automation builds reliable workflows between your email, forms, spreadsheets, accounting, CRM, document storage and other business systems, with practical AI added only where it creates a clear advantage.
The goal is not to replace good software or automate everything. It is to remove unnecessary copying, chasing, filing, routing and follow-up between the systems your team already relies on.
A form, email, customer request, completed job or document can trigger the next step automatically while approvals and exceptions stay visible to your team.
Start with a focused workflow or connect several processes over time. Every build is based on the actual systems, people and approval steps involved.

Use AI for tasks such as triage, summarization, extraction, drafting and routing while keeping important decisions and approvals with people.
Organize files, extract useful information, update records, create consistent naming and reduce manual document handling.
Respond faster, route inquiries, send reminders, collect missing information and keep follow-up from falling through the cracks.
Route work to the right person, capture approval decisions, flag exceptions and notify the next person or system automatically.
Support field tickets, safety records, QA/QC documents, timesheets, purchase orders, job records and field-to-office handoffs.
Adam's Automation works with businesses that lose time moving information between people, inboxes, documents and software. Industrial and trades experience remains a strength, but the same workflow problems exist across many sectors.
Field tickets, approvals, job records, timesheets, safety and compliance, QA/QC documents, invoicing handoffs and customer updates.
Tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, vendor coordination, inspection follow-up, document routing, reminders and owner reporting.
Lead intake, inquiry routing, appointment follow-up, document checklists, client communication and transaction task reminders.
Document intake, receipt and invoice routing, client reminders, recurring checklists, data handoffs and exception notifications.
Client intake, matter setup, document collection, appointment reminders, internal routing and administrative drafting support without replacing professional judgment.
Lead and customer follow-up, inventory or order alerts, review requests, scheduling, reporting and repetitive back-office coordination.
Different industry? If your team repeatedly copies, checks, routes, files, emails or follows up on the same kinds of information, there may be a worthwhile automation opportunity.
Before starting Adam's Automation, I spent 19 years working in Alberta's oil and gas industry, including nine years on service rigs and later as a journeyman pipefitter in fabrication, construction, maintenance and turnaround environments.
That experience shaped a practical approach: understand the work first, map where information gets stuck, then automate only the steps that make the process more reliable. The same approach applies whether the workflow lives in a field operation, a property office, an accounting practice or a retail business.
These are often better automation opportunities than trying to replace an entire software system.
Identify repetitive entry, checking, chasing, drafting and system-to-system handoffs.
Document the people, systems, decisions and information involved before automating anything.
Connect existing tools and add practical AI only where it clearly improves the process.
Test normal cases and edge cases so people know when the workflow can proceed and when it needs review.
Keep workflows healthy and adjust them as software, processes and business needs change.
Implementation is scoped to the workflow, systems involved, exception handling and level of customization required.

After implementation, ongoing support is available through a monthly service retainer. Retainer pricing depends on the number and complexity of workflows being managed and the level of support required.
Any recurring cost will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. No surprise monthly fees.
Tell me what your team does manually, which systems are involved and where work tends to slow down. The first conversation is about finding a worthwhile use case, not forcing AI or another piece of software into your business.
Based in Central Alberta and available to businesses across Alberta. Industrial, trades and field-service workflows remain a specialty.
